Acknowledgment of school subjects

For the Business Engineering degree program, students coming from a polytechnic high school (HTL) do not have to take some courses usually taken by students in the first semester.
Depending on the chosen specialization, the following subjects might be able to be skipped in the first-semester: statics and strength theory, materials engineering, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, technical drawing/CAx, mathematics I and machine elements I.

To have any school subjects acknowledged as replacements for university courses, an application needs to be completed immediately after commencing a degree program.
