International Student Residence

The International Student Residence of the FH Kufstein Tirol (ISR) is located near the river Inn and provides a high quality of living as it is a very calm place to live. In only 10 walking minutes you can reach the town center as well as the campus of the university in approximately 15 minutes.

The ISR is split up into 4 houses which are connected internally.

Applications 

Thank you for your interest in accommodation at the International Student Residence of the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol. 

• For the upcoming summer semester 2024 we are already fully booked. 
• For the winter semester 2024/25 registrations are possible from 10.01.2024 via the registration link on our website.

The notifications about availability and the contract transmission will be done after confirmed admission at the FH Kufstein Tirol.

Thank you for your understanding that room allocation is on a "first come - first serve" basis. 

Open House Days

During the Open House dates at the FH Kufstein Tirol we will be happy to inform you about the International Student Residence at the FH Kufstein Tirol.

Saturday, 13^th April 2024:

• house tour at 1:15 p.m. in the ISR ^*
• Information booth at the FH Kufstein Tirol (not personally manned); 
  Information brochures and price lists for free withdrawal

Services

The International Student Residence endeavours to keep the organizational efforts of the students as little as possible in order to enable them to focus on their studies and leisure time.

The following services are included:

• Fully furnished studios with kitchen and bathroom/WC
• Electricity, water, heating
• Wifi
• TV/SAT connection in every room
• Lockable bicycle storage
• Common kitchen and sun terrace
• Roof Terrace
• Washing machine and dryer areas (additional fee)
• Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared in the double studios and flat shares
• Caretaker

There is an additional fee applying for the following services (have a look at the price list):

• Underground parking (car and motorcycle)
• Hiring of bedlinen & sheet, for 1 or 2 semesters
• Hiring of pillow & duvet, for 1 or 2 semesters
• Hiring of crockery box, for 1 or 2 semesters
• Professional Monthly Cleaning Service

House A/B

Both houses were built in 2000, extended in 2021/22 and offer space for 112 residents:

Was built in 2003 and offers space for 42 residents:

• 2 flat shares for up to 3 students
