The participants:
• know the basics and specifics of NPO management and are able to make a synthesis with for-profit organizations:
- NPO Marketing
- Forms of financing of NPOs
- Intercultural aspects and leadership in NPOs
• Know the models of Corporate Social Responsibility (ethics) and are able to transfer them reflectively to their own organization

• Organization and leadership for the NPO sector
• Business ethics, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance
• Comparative analysis of specifics in organizational structures and leadership processes in the NPO sector (e.g. NPO marketing, leadership style, intercultural aspects, ethics-based management)
• Specifics of strategy development, planning and implementation in NPOs
