Acknowledgment of school subjects

In the Business Engineering degree program, students who can provide sufficient qualification from a polytechnic high school (HTL) are able to receive credits for certain courses within the first semester.

Depending on the chosen specialization, the following subjects might be able to be skipped in the first-semester: statics and strength theory, materials engineering, manufacturing engineering, electrical engineering, technical drawing/CAx, mathematics I and machine elements I.

To have any school subjects acknowledged as replacements for university courses, an application needs to be completed immediately after commencing a degree program.
