The students are able to:
• understand the connections between economy, society and politics against the background of individual and organi-zational responsibility.
• recognize and critically discuss ethical issues in practice.
• differentiate between different approaches to corporate governance.
• reflect the demands of various stakeholders against an ethical background and integrate them into management considerations.
