06.11.2020 | Practical projects
Students from the study programs Marketing & Communication Management and Digital Marketing at the University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol are currently working on the online marketing and social media measures for the hoteljob.tirol job portal.

This practical project group combines their skills from the study programs in the areas of communication management and web technology to perform the project for the customer’s job portal hoteljob.tirol. The goal is to create suitable measures for the online marketing and social media area of the job portal.

Tourism job portal as an interface for applicants and employers

hoteljob.tirol is a project financed by the EU leader project “Employee Recruiting” and focuses on the regions of Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbüheler Alpen-Brixental and Wildschönau that in recent years have become some of the top tourism destinations in Europe. They rely on sustainability, customer service and careful treatment of nature. Mutual goals, a harmonious work environment, fair team interaction and the right work-life balance can create a value producing regional environment for guests, companies and staff members. The job portal and the recruiting coaching that goes along with it are geared toward hosts, restaurant owners and retail business owners as well as trades, industries, ski schools, mountain railways and cable cars. The “Employee Recruiting” project is regarded as a holistic regional development project and helps companies look for personnel more efficiently and reduce costs.
