60 students from the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences were awarded merit scholarships by the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economics.

Every year, the Ministry awards merit scholarships to students with excellent student performance records. The selection of eligible students is based on their average grade from a winter semester and subsequent summer semester. Within each degree program and each degree type (part-time/full-time), three such merit awards were awarded.

€ 1,137.50 for the best student

€ 950.00 for the second best

€ 800.00 for the third best

The merit awards were presented to the 60 winners from 2015 by Managing Director Prof. Thomas Madritsch, PhD and University Rector Prof. Johannes Lüthi, PhD.
