Measurability of various crisis phases of a company within the context of an indifference curve model

Based on previous research endeavors, a mathematical model was developed within the context of the research project, which makes it possible to assign companies of various crisis severity degrees to a failure probability on an iso curve model. Thus, companies of a specific severity degree can change within the grading scale and modify their severity degree by fulfilling certain preconditions. It remains to be seen whether the relationship between the crisis severity degree and the failure probability is linear or non-linear. This relationship should be tested within the context of further empirical research.
