The goal of the project is observing digitizationboth from the perspective of changing business processes and based on new technical building aspects.
Changed management requirements as well as specific technical aspects and the implementation of data for customer-oriented offers were addressed within the context of the qualification seminar. With respect to the content-related structure of the qualification seminar, this means that digitization is observed both from the perspective of changing business processes and based on new technical building aspects. In individual seminar units, students learn about the process from data acquisition and storage to data evaluation and analysis in order to develop new offers or even business models based on these insights.
