Practical Project: Indie Sunset Festival Enlivened the Kufstein City Park
The Saturday evening was a celebration for indie music fans and all those who wanted to kick off the summer festival season. The organizer, Genussmittel, an association for promoting cultural and sporting activities in the Kufstein area, counted close to 400 visitors on the grounds in the city park. The guests were thrilled by the variety of acts on the stage. Bands like the FH Jazz Band, Grant, Coperniquo, and Please Madame created a lively mood. However, the program not only provided musical entertainment, but guests also had the opportunity to try various side events, including a raffle, a photo booth, and beer pong. A particular highlight was the cocktail bar set up for the first time this year, where David Saremba - World Class Austria 2019 winner - mixed the drinks.
Green Event Tirol - Top-level award
Furthermore, the INDIE SUNSET Festival received the highest award from Green Event Tirol for its responsible organization and execution, thereby contributing to sustainability in the event industry. Social sustainability should also be highlighted here. The project team launched an initiative where, for every cup hit during the beer pong side event, one euro was donated to the current Corporate Social Responsibility project of Kober GmbH from Vienna.
