The graduate / the student:
* can apply the approaches, functions, methods and tools of project management
* can work, organize and form teams in a project-oriented way and lead them appropriately
* knows tools and documentation standards

* knows the basic communication, moderation and negotiation techniques as well as the most important leadership tools
* can use these tools in steering project teams and coordinating with stakeholders in a way that is appropriate for the situation and the employees
