• know the process of developing entrepreneurial decisions across individual functional areas of the company within a transformation phase
• understand the interdisciplinary character taking into account different stakeholder interests
• can assess the scope of strategic decisions of companies with regard to opportunities and risks in the context of transformation and restructuring

The Management Talk course aims at inviting guest professors from Austria and abroad (partner network FH Kufstein Tirol) on the subject areas of transformation and turnaround management, with special consideration for international standards.
